I am writing to commend your workers for a job well done. In the course of my employment I have watched the work of many contractors and their employees. I have come to appreciate those who arrive on time, do skillful work, use tools and techniques appropriately, don't leave a mess and deliver as promised. it has been my observation that very few possess these attributes. Your men do! In addition to the above qualities, they were unfailingly courteous and polite. Thanks again for a great installation. We are enjoying the evenly (and quietly!) distributed heat and are looking forward to a cool summer.
